Basic support includes email or ticket-based support via the Haivision Support Portal, with a guaranteed first response time within 3 business days. For emergencies, or if you need to talk to a Support Technician, telephone support and expedited services are available for purchase through the Haivision Store.

Ways of Submitting a Support Ticket for PAYG Services

Premium or Standard Support

Haivision customers who are already covered by an active Premium or Standard Support contract will be able to take advantage of their existing support when using Pay As You Go services. If you have additional Haivision products under support, please login to the support portal here using your regular account information and submit a support request as per the instructions.

Haivision Support Portal

If you have no additional Haivision products, please submit your case to the Haivision Support Portal – login to the support portal here if you already have an account, or click here to create one. Alternately, you can send an email to our team directly at tickets@www.haivision.com. Please make sure to specify your AWS account when submitting your request to Haivision.

Submitting a Ticket

Please provide your AWS account ID in the space where Serial Number is requested.

Finding your AWS account ID

You must be signed into the AWS Management Console and then choose My Security Credentials.
