The global COVID-19 public health emergency has created unprecedented challenges for families and organizations around the world. In the midst of this uncertainty, we would like to take a moment to reassure you that the Haivision team is committed to supporting our customers, partners, and communities throughout this time.
Here is an update of how Haivision is proceeding through this; we will be updating this page to reflect any future changes.
Employee Safety and Business Continuity
The safety of our employees is paramount. In order to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, we have made the appropriate travel and working adjustments for our company offices globally. Fortunately, this does not impede our ability to serve our customers. As Haivision is an essential supplier to the industries we serve, all of our operations, including technical support, are running as normal and we remain ready, able, and prepared to serve.
This includes our orders and shipments. We have conducted a comprehensive supply chain risk analysis with all our vendors and suppliers, and, at present, our level of exposure is very low and our customers can expect product deliveries to continue as usual.
Ongoing Support for our Customers and Partners
For current Haivision customers and partners, our global support team will be continuing to provide the highest level of assistance. For any issue, please reach out to our team at support.haivision.com.
